At Factorial we're looking for Sales Development Representatives for the DACH Market to play an important role in the development of this market.

The Role

  • Prospecting, Strategising and Qualifying the best leads with the Account Executives.
  • Engage with prospects via high volume cold-calling (80 calls / day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team.
  • Create your own strategy to seek and analyse prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.
  • Analyse prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions.
  • Confirm Clients needs, develop initial clients profile and help to build the most personalised solution;
  • Collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Your Profile

  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • You bring experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Project Management, or similar.
  • You are driven, persistent, and have a strong desire to succeed.
  • A sales mindset comes naturally to you – achieving goals motivates you.
  • You’re well-organized and comfortable using CRM tools to stay on top of tasks.
  • You're confident making outbound calls and enjoy engaging with prospects.
  • A true team player who is also self-motivated and proactive.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and embrace new challenges.
