Descripción del trabajoLanguage skills with fluency in both German and English, and excellent communication. Customer service with a strong passion for supporting clients and providing solutions. Experience with at least 1 year in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. Technical proficiency with familiarity in MS Office and ease using digital systems. Remote work adaptability with availability for rotating shifts Monday to Sunday. Proactivity with a solution-oriented approach focused on delivering the best customer experience. German Speaking Roadside Assistance Agent (m / f / d) - 100% Home Office
SIXT is hiring German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support our customers across Germany — remotely from anywhere in Spain. Bring your German and / or English skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people. As the first point of contact in breakdown situations, you’ll provide fast, reliable support by phone and email, working closely with our Rostock team.

YOUR ROLE
- Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
- Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services).
- Organize replacement vehicles.
- Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program.
- Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
