Opportunity
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our global team. This role ensures smooth People operations across multiple countries. From payroll and benefits to global mobility and labor relations, you’ll help ensure employees are supported, processes run seamlessly, and we stay compliant with local regulations. Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly payroll cycle across different countries in Europe, Africa and Asia
- Liaise with external providers, review reports, and request payment approvals
- Handle employee inquiries and manage post-payroll adjustments
- Prepare consolidated payroll reports and oversee payment of social contributions and income taxes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits
- Maintain and update the HR database with accuracy
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and country managers
- Oversee global mobility processes, including relocations
- Manage employee benefits across multiple geographies
- Review and update labor documentation to align with country-specific regulations
- Support PBPs with performance management and disciplinary processes
- Manage offboarding for voluntary and involuntary exits, ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders
- Handle labor disputes and post-contractual conflicts; coordinate with internal / external legal counsel
- Attend labor conciliation meetings (e.g., in Spain) and coordinate with external lawyers in other countries
Qualifications
Proven experience in payroll and salary management in Spain (2+ years), including payroll for 100+ employeesStrong knowledge of Spanish labor laws; experience with other countries is a plusExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressureStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFlexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, global environmentFluent in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)What do we offer?
