What you will do :

• Design and run digital attraction campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive candidate engagement
• Create compelling content for job ads, social media, and outreach aligned with our employer value proposition
• Leverage data and analytics to understand campaign performance and optimize audience targeting
• Collaborate closely with Employer Branding and TA teams to bring innovative ideas to life
• Pilot new tools, platforms, and marketing tactics to access fresh talent pools
• Build automated communication workflows that keep candidates informed, inspired, and engaged
