Descripción del trabajoYou must have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate business in Málaga, Andalusia, as a Managing Director. You should be familiar with the Málaga real estate market, have good contacts, and understand local customs and practices. Daily tasks include acquiring new clients, managing rental contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Real estate trading, managing colleagues, hiring staff for real estate activities, organization, company formations, registrations, visas, property management, buying / selling, business center, reports, and correspondence with the CEO. The candidate should have several years of experience in real estate trading or development activities in German-speaking countries and be prepared to work independently and professionally. Building branches, training, and managing colleagues professionally are prerequisites. Knowledge in property management and lease contract management. Experience in negotiating leases and understanding the real estate market. Knowledge of development activities and commercial real estate is advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer-oriented work style are desirable. A completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field and experience in real estate are expected. Experience with Spanish real estate platforms like Idealista, Fotocasa, and Alertas Pisos. Basic knowledge of social media marketing. Language skills in Spanish, German, and English (spoken and written).
