Senior Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to lead our mission in building the core of a high-value product for a self-sustaining firm. As the technical cornerstone of our in-house tech team, you will have a key say on architecture, standards, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our booking engine from designing architecture to user-facing features across frontend and backend. This is an exciting opportunity to architect the core of a product that will shape the future of our company.

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with senior management, product ops, and operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Establish foundational practices for tech operations, including version control, deployments, testing, observability, and documentation.

As a full stack developer with 4-8 years of experience, you will bring strong expertise in relational databases, API design, and backend logic. Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Vue is also essential.

Experience with microservices, serverless architecture, or deployment pipelines is a plus. You should have worked in product-led or operator-focused companies and have prior experience with Notion and WIKI collaboration.
