Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Apply best practices and guidelines for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud development
Offer technical guidance to support development teams
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems and platforms
Drive the success of the Marketing Platform Program

Requirements

Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud

Background in collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders

Experience gained from similar roles including Solution Architecture, Project Management

Customer-focused mindset and familiarity with managing client communications

Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical reasoning

Strong communication skills in English
