Senior Advisor for Digital Infrastructure Project Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our core team in supporting the implementation of the Global Gateway private sector digital infrastructure project delivery advisory services.

The overarching goal of this assignment is to provide comprehensive advisory services to digital infrastructure promoters, enabling them to secure and deploy financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB) and co-financers for projects contributing to the European Commission's Global Gateway initiative.

This role involves advising on debt structuring, including preparation of information memorandums, financial models, and debt structures, with a focus on raising funds above EUR 20 million.

To be successful in this position, you will need strong leadership skills, with at least 5 years' experience in a management or leadership position. Your expertise in the financial industry, particularly in consulting / advisory services or finance in the digital / telecom sector, will be essential.

You should have a university degree in a relevant discipline, such as Economics, Law, Finance, or Engineering, and excellent English language skills. Knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
