Finance Planning Analyst – Madrid (Hybrid) - 3 days in office

Salary : €60,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a global fintech leader to hire a Finance Planning Analyst for their Madrid-based Finance team. The company delivers innovative cloud technology, secure communications, and connectivity solutions to financial markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with finance and transformation leaders to deliver actionable insights.

Prepare and enhance reporting on financial and operational performance, including variance analysis and forecasting.

Analyse data to support transformation program tracking, KPI definition, and business performance.

Contribute to the ongoing development of financial planning and business intelligence systems.

Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the CFO and senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

4–6 years of relevant finance experience; prior FP&A exposure preferred.

Experience in SaaS, communications, or network services industries is desirable.

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is beneficial.

Fluent in English.
