Responsibilities

You will work closely with horizontal product managers to translate industry-specific workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements. Contribute to discovery, validation, and launch activities in collaboration with UX, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

Strong domain knowledge in public sector, nonprofit, or higher education operations.

Experience with ERP platforms serving mission-driven sectors.

Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-rich product environments.
