¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Multinational tech company is seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to support the Spanish operations during a period of organizational change. This role involves partnering with business leaders to manage reorganizations, handle complex employee relations, and lead key HR projects.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Partner with business leaders to plan and execute organizational changes, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour laws.- Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.- Lead HR projects related to change management, policy implementation, and process improvements.- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.- Provide guidance on HR best practices and labour regulations.¿A quién buscamos (H / M / D)?- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience- Proven experience in managing reorganizations and complex employee relations in Spain.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Available to start immediately and commit to a 6-month contract.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?6 months contract.
