Overview
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead Personalization Foundations — a new squad at the core of Superbet’s next stage of growth.
What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of Personalized Experiences
End-to-end ownership of Homepage, Onboarding, and Cross-Sell surfaces — including backlog, roadmap, experimentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Build the system and experience, not just the features — structuring personalization layers that can scale with our machine learning, targeting, and segmentation capabilities.Deep collaboration & partnershipsWork across teams (Growth, Sports, Casino, CRM, Data, HAL, Design) to create and evolve the personalization model — from first touch to long-term engagement.
Partner with engineering to modularize our surfaces and decouple the personalization engine from front-end logic.Impact to the game (users & our business)Define and own KPIs like activation, FTD rate, engagement, retention, cross-product conversion, and surface performance (CTR, session depth).

Product Leadership
Experience owning complex user-facing products (e.g. homepage, onboarding, growth journeys, personalization systems)Clear product thinker who can go from messy stakeholder inputs to focused product betsDemonstrated ability to lead high-stakes cross-functional initiativesStakeholder Mastery
Able to manage and align across CRM, Sports, Casino, Data, Design, and Engineering orgsSkilled at structuring trade-offs, building alignment through data, and navigating organizational complexityStrong storyteller — you can sell a vision and convert skeptics into advocatesGrowth & Personalization Mindset
Experience in personalization, targeting, segmentation, or dynamic content systemsDeep understanding of growth metrics like activation, retention, NGR, engagement, LTVComfortable building products that serve both short-term performance and long-term scaleExecution & Technical Fluency
Experience working with engineers to ship modular, scalable experiencesUnderstands the lifecycle of integrating ML / targeting logic into surfacesBonus
Experience in gaming, entertainment, sports betting, or marketplacesExperience with A / B testing, experimentation platforms, or personalization enginesFamiliarity with React-based frontends, targeting APIs, or growth engineering principlesSeniority level
