Senior Wind Energy Executive - Leading WTG Package Development

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Wind Turbine Manager , responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of wind turbine packages across various projects. This position will play a crucial part in driving innovation and excellence in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring that project teams have the necessary resources and direction to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include :

Technical analysis and definition of WTG work packages associated with bids preparation, acquisitions, and due diligence for projects.

Leading the team, ensuring sufficient project resource is applied to deliver the work, and providing direction and support to team members. Ensuring that the function has the required capabilities, skills, and capacity to deliver on its objectives.

Definition and estimation of headcounts and levels for project construction in development stages and creation of construction plannings for different projects and opportunities.

Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers across the construction services supply chain in collaboration with the procurement department.

Preparing and providing specifications and technical documentation to allow Project engagement and evaluation of suppliers.

Preparing RFPs, assessing offers, choosing the most competitive wind turbines, and monitoring contractors for Engineering studies and Multi-EPC / EPCI contracts.

Ensuring that wind turbine activities are in accordance with applicable standards, legislation, ethics, and good practices across the offshore wind farms industry, tender requirements, regulatory aspects, and project policies.
