Responsibilities

Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure seamless project delivery
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users or teams
Design, document, and implement network changes across environments
Manage and maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance
Administer LAN / WAN / SD-WAN, firewalls, and load balancing systems
Partner with Tech and Infosec Teams for enhanced collaboration
Exercise project management and ownership skills for timely results

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications

Or equivalent technical experience with cloud expertise (AWS, Azure)

Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls and GTM / LTM load balancers

Strong knowledge of LAN / WAN / SD-WAN and Wifi / DHCP systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle challenging stakeholders and adapt to changing situations
