Descripción del trabajo5+ years corporate treasury experience, 3+ years in a Senior Treasury Manager role. High‑growth international scale‑up experience. Deep FX risk management and hedging program execution. Experience with global cash pooling, intercompany loans, multijurisdiction bank relationships. Proficiency in cash flow forecasting models and liquidity management. Operational excellence : TMS, electronic bank connectivity, global payment processes. International business experience with multiple bank accounts and legal entities. Analytical skills; certification (CTP, ACT) advantageous. High‑pace adaptability, decisive under pressure. Senior Treasury Manager – Playtomic

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Capital : Develop global cash forecasting, manage cash pooling, intercompany funding, and investment strategies.
- Banking & Debt Management : Maintain relationships with banking partners, support debt financing and covenant compliance.
- Treasury Technology & Integration : Optimize treasury management systems, payment interfaces, and bank connectivity.
- FX & Financial Risk Management : Mitigate FX and interest rate risks, lead hedging program.
- Financial Operations : Oversee global cash positioning, payment processing, bank account management.
- Reporting & Compliance : Prepare treasury reports, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
- Leadership & Culture : Mentor junior team, partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tech teams, drive process optimization.
