Demonstrated leadership capabilities, solid experience in project management, teams management, risk management, problem-solving, and effective communication. Proven success in industrializing complex aerospace structures and components. Fluent English (C1 level);

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, driving operational excellence and technical rigor in Production and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Lead industrialization of new work packages from concept to serial production readiness.
- Direct and optimize manufacturing processes for aircraft assemblies, ensuring timely achievement of milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Build a high-performance culture, coaching mid-level managers and team leaders, and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks through proactive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination with Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Headquarters.
- Develop robust KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor performance, delivering clear data-driven bi-weekly reports to stakeholders.
