Overview Join our dynamic Hospitality division at Amadeus, where we drive customer onboarding for the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS) with precision and scalability. As a Project Management Senior Specialist, you’ll begin with PMO and governance responsibilities and evolve into specialized project management, with future opportunities in Test, Deployment, or Implementation.
Your Impact Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and tools.
Manage documentation, financial tracking, risk logs, and change controls.
Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams including Test, Deployment, R&D, Product, Partners, and Customers.
Support project meetings and ensure alignment across streams.
Administer SharePoint and collaboration platforms.
Develop training materials and promote best practices.
What You Bring 3+ years in project management or PMO roles.
Experience in customer-facing roles on large projects.
Familiarity with hospitality or complex implementation environments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence; Power BI is a plus.
PMP, ACP or similar certification is a bonus.
