Senior Software Engineer - Remote - Remote

We are a leading custom software development company committed to innovation and digital transformation. We are seeking a seasoned professional to help build a comprehensive solution for managing and orchestrating private 5G / 4G networks, inspired by cutting-edge solutions. Design & Development : Lead the design and implementation of our 5G / 4G network management and orchestration platform, focusing on multi-vendor integration and the full lifecycle automation of network components.

Define and build a modular architecture based on microservices, containerization, and orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.

Design and implement robust APIs that enable seamless integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) Team Leadership : Collaborate with and guide development teams, enforcing best practices, agile methodologies, and high-quality coding standards.

Monitoring & Optimization : Establish KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring systems (e.G., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure optimal performance and stability of the platform.

Proven experience in large-scale software development and microservices-based architectures.

Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, along with deployment tools like Helm.

Experience in projects related to networks, telecommunications, or network infrastructure management (preferred but not mandatory).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (public, private, or hybrid) and SaaS delivery models.

Experience implementing security measures, role-based access control (RBAC), and lifecycle management (LCM) for system components.

Advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
