Grupo Paraguas is a group of renowned restaurants with locations in Madrid, London, Dubai, and Monte Carlo. We are expanding with several planned openings and seek a creative and strategic social media lead to represent our brand across multiple concepts.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and evaluate creative social media strategies that reflect Grupo Paraguas' authentic communication philosophy across all concepts.

Supervise the production of content and shootings, manage community engagement, and maintain a balanced mix of organic and professional posts.

Coordinate creative shoots with internal and external teams, including benchmark analysis, planning, briefing, creative direction, and feedback loops.

Develop high‐quality editorial calendars aligned with the communication pillars of each of the group's 10 spaces.

Generate synergies and maximize the creative potential of the team (agency, assistant, photographer, videographer, designer).

Ensure high quality of copy, avoiding generic promotional formulas, while maintaining the brand tone.

Stay updated on the latest trends in photography, video, graphic design, and social media algorithms.

Adapt publishing practices to user behavior and algorithm changes, optimizing frequency, posting times, hashtag use, and content types.

Work closely with internal teams to keep communication relevant and in sync with local realities.

Set specific objectives, analyze and report performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust strategy based on results.

Report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communication.

Qualifications

Degree in Communication, Marketing, Creative Direction, Visual Communication, or similar.

Valuable experience in the Gastronomy, Hospitality, Tourism, or Luxury sectors.

Minimum 7 years of experience, including team management.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), PowerPoint, Canva, and other design tools.

Command of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Knowledge of CapCut or other short‐form video editing tools for social media.

Passion for brand image, organic growth, and interaction across platforms.

Creative versatility across graphic design, photography, video, and copywriting, with strong storytelling skills.

Deep interest in emerging trends and best practices in social media and communication.

Optimistic, decisive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexible and resilient in dynamic, fast‐moving environments.
