The successful candidate will join 3PBiovian as a Quality Control Technician - Biology Laboratory.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure GMP activities in the biological department.
• Evaluate and review the technical documentation corresponding to the Quality Control of the Biological area, as well as the analytical results in routine manufacturing, validation and transfer activities in the established times.
• Prepare and / or review documentation related to the average life cycle of analytical QC methods, such as validation, transfer or verification protocols and reports, change controls... in the established times.
• Perform active participation in project teams, including internal and customer meetings if applicable.
• Review and approve project documentation (Sampling Plans; Flow charts) required for operations.
• Carry out the drafting and supervision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Conduct investigation of OOTs, OOSs and deviations.
• Manage CAPAS (corrective and preventive actions) arising from deviations and applicable effectiveness verification.
• Support stability studies agreed with our customers in collaboration with other technicians.
• Provide production Quality support in case of incidents that may arise.
