We're recruiting talented individuals to join our team in delivering data projects globally. As a Data Consultant, you'll work closely with functional consultants and clients, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases.

After initial training, you'll be expected to :

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti's Data Migration methodology.
• Develop proficiency in Syniti's tools, adhering to prescribed development standards.
• Gain good knowledge of business processes for assigned functional areas and quickly learn new areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports in Syniti's tools as per the supplied specification.
• Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design for assigned process areas through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with on-site Syniti and client colleagues.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Maintain related documentation and communicate status to Syniti Team Leadership and customer PMO.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
