Role Summary As a

Machinery Sales Engineer , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships across assigned territories. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and customer-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in designated markets. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize sales potential. Understand customer requirements and advise on suitable machinery solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate specifications and delivery. Conduct machinery demonstrations and support clients across pre- and post-sales stages. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve sales and profit targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth avenues. Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic input to management.

Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Fluent in

Spanish and English . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand complex technical solutions. Experience or familiarity with printing machinery, production processes, or related industrial equipment is a plus.

Experience 3–5 years of experience in

industrial machinery sales . Experience in technical sales, customer demonstrations, or project-based machinery solutions is highly desirable. Exposure to printing / packaging machinery industries is a strong advantage.
