What you’ll do

Design, build, and deploy software systems that support cutting-edge AI and computational tools.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional experts in machine learning, data science, and DevOps.
Contribute to solving high-value problems in industry through innovative software engineering.
Play an active role in improving code quality, scalability, and reliability across platforms.
Participate in a culture of knowledge-sharing, technical excellence, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Strong expertise in Python; familiarity with additional languages such as Rust or C / C++ is a plus.

2+ years (junior) or 3+ years (mid-level) of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI / ML or data-driven systems.

Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS), CI / CD pipelines, and version control (git).

Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across disciplines.

Nice to have

Familiarity with LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, model-serving platforms).

Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Apache Spark) or GPU-based training / inference.

Background in algorithm development, optimization, and designing scalable architectures.

Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
