We offer unique and distinctive properties for sale and rent. We cater to a diverse international clientele and have a team from around the world. Available Internship Roles : 1. Marketing : Marketing internships involve promoting Urbane International online, managing social media, advertising on portals, and writing articles. Candidates must have strong English writing skills and computer proficiency. Digital Marketing : Responsibilities include creating online advertisements, building business relationships, and managing marketing results using Google tools. Knowledge of SEO, WordPress, and Photoshop is a plus. Social Media Marketing & Blogger : You will manage social media accounts, write blog posts, and advertise listings. Creativity and excellent English writing skills are essential, with Spanish or French as a bonus. Office Hours for Marketing : Monday - Thursday from 10 : 00 to 14 : 00 and 15 : 30 to 19 : 00 Friday office hours from 10 : 00 to 14 : 00 but remote work is often required Maximum of 40 hours per week 2. Administrative Assistant : As an Administrative Assistant, you will directly interact with our clients and property owners. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking skills, and good management capabilities. You will manage your own schedule, necessitating strong organizational skills. Spanish proficiency is essential for daily communication, and you will also assist with property searches. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for this role. Office Hours : Monday - Thursday from 10 : 00 to 14 : 00 and 15 : 30 to 19 : 00 Friday office hours from 10 : 00 to 14 : 00 but remote work is often required Maximum of 40 hours per week 3. Rentals & Property Management Department : In our Rentals department, we seek organized, ambitious interns who are fluent in Spanish and English. This role involves working with international clients, acting as an intermediary between them and property owners. The department includes roles as Rental Agent and Listing Agent. For this role, a good knowledge of Spanish is a real advantage ! Rental Agent : You will facilitate property rentals, manage your schedule, and need strong Spanish skills. A minimum commitment of six months is required. Speaking French is a bonus. There may be occasional need for visits and client response over the weekends. Listing Agent : You will identify new properties for sale and rent, manage listings, and write descriptions in English and Spanish. A minimum commitment of five months is required. Speaking French is a bonus. There may be occasional need for visits and client response over the weekends. Compensation : All interns receive a fixed salary of 200€ per month, with additional bonus payments available for commercial roles.
