Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Rental Manager located in Marbella. The Real Estate Rental Manager will oversee property management activities, handle landlord / tenant matters, Insurances, etc and work closely with estate agents. Duties include managing lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to managing rental properties and addressing tenant needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Landlord / Tenant Matters and Lettings
• Experience in Estate Agents and Property Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Marbella
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
