What You Will Do

• Manage industrial strategy studies for decision :
• Define the framework for the study, inputs, outputs, and decision schedule.
• Set up the animation bodies and appointment of actors.
• Formalize a decision file and make it evolve until validation or abandonment.
• Validate the assignment in Horse Investments and Project Committee.
• Develop and validate the components' technical policy every year with Production Engineering, Product Engineering and USFT teams, which will be validated in level 1.
• Propose manufacturing or purchasing guidelines (make or buy) for new projects and identify opportunities consistent with the strategy for components.
• In coordination with the corporate business office, the regional operation directors, and the engineering teams, build and study the most convenient scenarios for new business development.
• With Advance Process Engineering team, instruct the capacity analyses according to the mid-term plan (5 years) and identify the decisions to be taken to fit the footprint to the needs (Rightsizing / Capacities Increase)
• Ensure with aftersales and factories the manufacture of parts for vehicles in series and end of life.
• Define and evolve the manufacturing strategy for internally manufactured spare parts.
• For all these activities he / she must consider an extended company point of view to assure all the synergies within the joint venture.
