Are you a sales professional with a strong background in the financial sector?

Join an ambitious international expansion project and help transform the future of credit ratings in Europe.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive based in Madrid to support the growth of an innovative company specializing in credit rating solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing sales of rating products to banks and financial institutions across Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in the banking and financial services sectors throughout Europe.

Drive consultative sales processes and close deals with key decision-makers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that address client requirements.

Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in financial services, risk analysis, or credit rating.

Strong understanding of the European banking ecosystem and a relevant network of contacts (highly valued).

Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver customized solutions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).

A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
