Descripción del trabajoDefine and evolve the technical roadmap for web development, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends. Lead the design and architecture of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team (mainly today outsourced), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance web development capabilities. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of web applications. Manage the technical debt, ensuring maintainability and long-term viability of web solutions. Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry standards, and integrate them where appropriate. Participate in Airbus group initiatives and lead technical exchanges, representing the web development domain. Deep understanding of back-end technologies (e.G., Node.Js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails) and relevant frameworks. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their relevant services. Familiarity with containerization (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. Understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and integration. Solid grasp of security best practices in web development. Experience with performance optimization and scalability considerations. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.G., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks like React, Angular, ) and CMS solutions (liferay, strapi) Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines. Understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end testing). Ability to motivate and inspire a development team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. Ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback. Conflict resolution skills within a team setting. Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and robust web architectures. Experience in making informed technical decisions and tradeoffs. Understanding of design patterns and their application. Ability to foresee technical challenges and proactively propose solutions. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to break down large problems into manageable components. Critical thinking to evaluate different technical approaches. Ability to estimate technical effort and timelines. Understanding of technical dependencies and risk management. Experience in managing technical debt. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies would be an asset. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Focus on delivering value to the business through technology. Understanding of the impact of technical decisions on business objectives. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations. Strong understanding of CRM solutions and their application in the aerospace sector. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
