Overview
The Engineering Team employs top engineering talent who are constantly working to improve processes, quality and techniques, with the goal of delivering the highest quality software solutions in the industry. Quality is considered at all stages of development, blurring the lines between QA and software engineering.
Our team is comprised of talented and highly motivated individuals who pride themselves on working smarter, not harder. We’re empowered to make local decisions, reducing overhead. We aim for operational excellence with a DevOps culture and a “you build it, you run it” mentality. We follow a Lean approach and agile workflows (Scrum or Kanban). We welcome new technologies and continuously evaluate our tech stack to ensure software of the highest quality. Continuous Delivery, automated testing, and CI are important to us.
As a Software Engineer for our Network Discovery team, you are responsible for writing efficient, well-structured, and maintainable code, setting an example for other engineers as a subject matter expert, mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers.
