Overview
Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Interim) - Camino Search are supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS company delivering innovative solutions to a global client base. As they navigate a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking an experienced Interim Deputy CFO to provide financial leadership, drive operational efficiency, and support with M&A activities. The individual must be based in Spain, with strong private equity experience working directly with the fund.
Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board.
- Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and audit processes.
- Support fundraising efforts (equity or debt), including investor relations and due diligence.
- Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to support scalability.
- Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
