Leading Continuous Improvement Professional

Descripción del trabajoDevelop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy that drives operational excellence and improves business performance. Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for further improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives. Senior experience in continuous improvement and / or Quality engineering with significant time working at a leadership level, preferably in the energy or engineering sector. Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S BB) with several years of hands-on experience in coaching and leading high-value and complex CI projects. Proven experience in leading and developing global programs & in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Continuous Improvement specialist to join our team. As a senior leader of continuous improvement, you will support our global business by coaching and leading quality and performance-related improvement projects.
- Lead the development and optimization of business processes, product quality & reliability as well as internal capability development and deployment of improvement methodologies across the organization.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration by coaching on continuous improvement principles and practices, role modeling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.
- Partner with leadership and functional experts to understand and support delivery of their organization's vision, objectives, and challenges.
