Project Manager Assistant | Medical Market Research

Overview Exafield , an international market research company specializing in the medical and pharmaceutical sector, headquartered in France with an international presence in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, the United States and Canada, is seeking a Project Manager Assistant for its Spanish office.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, working on projects that have a real impact on health and medical research.

What will your mission be? Under the supervision of the Fieldwork Manager , you will collaborate in all phases of the projects to ensure that they meet Exafield's quality standards, deadlines and objectives :

Planning and monitoring quantitative (online and telephone) and qualitative (telephone and face-to-face) projects.

Coordination with internal and external suppliers.

Constant communication with international clients.

Agile incident resolution.

Recruitment of healthcare professionals and patients, building trust and long-term relationships.

Contacting doctors and other healthcare professionals to invite them to participate in market research studies.

Use of your persuasion skills to explain the benefits of participating.

Telephone follow-up and management of basic administrative tasks.

Final evaluation of each project, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

The profile we are looking for Organisation, proactivity and ability to prioritise.

Experience working to tight deadlines.

Results and goal-oriented.

Empathy and communication skills (enjoying telephone contact).

Problem-solving skills and creativity.

High level of English (essential) .
