Procurement Category Manager – HVAC or Technical Insulation

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to play a key role in driving our growth across Europe. We are open to two distinct profiles, both requiring a strong network, at least 7+ years of experience, and a proven track record in wholesale / distribution procurement (not manufacturing).

Profile 1 : HVAC – Southern Europe Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC product procurement within wholesale / distribution

Strong existing network with HVAC manufacturers and suppliers

Based in Southern Europe, near an international airport (frequent travel required)

Fluent in Spanish and English

Entrepreneurial mindset with the maturity to establish and grow the HVAC market in Southern Europe

Profile 2 : Technical Insulation – Europe Minimum 7 years of experience in technical insulation procurement within wholesale / distribution

Strong existing network in the industry

Based in Europe, near an international airport (frequent travel required)

Fluent in English
