The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to play a key role in shaping the company’s business plan by delivering high-impact financial models, forecasts, and performance insights. As a strategic partner to management, you will lead decision-oriented analyses and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for different senior stakeholders across the company.

If you want to become the cornerstone of how strategic decisions are made, this role puts you at the heart of FP&A, driving financial analysis to support executive-level decision-making and steer the company’s performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own financial planning & forecasting in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

• Build scalable financial models to assess performance, scenarios, and growth initiatives.

• Deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions and track performance, highlighting risks and opportunities with clear recommendations.

• Prepare concise management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses with a strong business focus.

• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and data quality to support scale and speed.

What We’re Looking For

You’re analytical, diligent, proactive, and very impact-oriented. You enjoy conquering complexity and providing “aha moments” to everyone around you. You bring empathy, team spirit, and clear communication to everything you do.

You should have:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in FP&A, ideally within a high-growth or international start-up environment

• Strong experience using spreadsheets for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis

• Proven ability to support senior management with decision-oriented financial insights

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial topics clearly

• Comfort working in cross-functional, remote, and international teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with FP&A or financial planning software.

• Familiarity with the crypto and digital assets space.
