Join the team as a Back Office & Logistics Support at La Marzocco.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, and general inquiries
- Process purchase orders, validate pricing, and manage acknowledgments using SAP
- Use the company’s internal ERP system (SAP) to perform daily operational tasks
- Coordinate and review import / export documentation : liaise with shipping partners, issue sales invoices, packing lists, and related documents
- Monitor stock levels and manage purchases from the headquarters
- Create and manage factory purchase orders in SAP to align stock with customer demand
- Work closely with the local warehouse to ensure timely arrivals and dispatches
- Maintain regular communication with the HQ Customer Care team to align on sales and purchase orders
- Generate and analyse sales reports
- Handle office supply management and oversee office equipment maintenance
