Overview Job Opportunity : Product Design Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Product Design Manager to lead our UI / UX vision and create exceptional user experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, impactful designs that empower content professionals worldwide. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in user-centric design, interaction design, and scalable design systems, with experience managing and mentoring UI / UX teams.

Responsibilities Leading the design process and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Developing and championing design excellence across multiple applications.

Mentoring and guiding junior designers to improve their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

Qualifications Preferred qualifications include : Proven experience in B2C or B2B software workflows and collaborative applications.

Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and agile methodologies.

Experience working in broadcast, media, news, or sports industries is a plus.
