Descripción del trabajoSalario competitivo según tu expertise, distribuido en 14 pagas y compuesto por un fijo + variable. Contrato indefinido y directo por empresa. Coche de empresa y herramientas de trabajo (ordenador portátil y teléfono móvil) Formación finalizada en Ingeniería Química o CFGS en Ciencias Químicas Inglés C1 / C2 o equivalente (imprescindible) Permiso de conducir B Experiencia de al menos 5 años trabajando con los mismos productos y realizando las funciones descritas. Sólido conocimiento técnico y experiencia comercial con polímeros redispersables, polímeros en emulsión, aditivos para morteros, aditivos para pinturas. Disponibilidad para viajar
Buscamos un Senior Sales Manager para unirse al distribuidor líder en especialidades químicas, con enfoque en polímeros y aditivos para construcción y coatings.
Formarás parte del área de Coatings & Construction, asumiendo también la responsabilidad de Product Manager.
Serás responsable tanto del desarrollo comercial en tu territorio, como de la gestión técnica y estratégica del portfolio de productos de Construcción, actuando como enlace entre proveedor internacional y clientes nacionales.
¿Cuál será tu misión principal?
- Gestión directa de la cartera de clientes, productos y representadas, liderando el desarrollo de negocio en el territorio y asegurando la consecución de objetivos comerciales
- Gestión y mejora de la red comercial
- Consecución de objetivos
Se trata de un rol técnico-comercial senior, con autonomía y capacidad para influir en la estrategia del área.
El área de actuación es Cataluña, Aragón, La Rioja, Navarra, País Vasco, Cantabria y Asturias, sin descartar otras zonas limítrofes.
