Overview

Your Tasks

  • Oversee and coordinate the overall maintenance of the industrial facility.
  • Manage HVAC systems in critical areas , including paint shops .
  • Ensure proper operation and monitoring of pressure lines and auxiliary systems .
  • Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers .
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace, safety, and environmental regulations, leading improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

With this you convince us

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager in an industrial environment. Desirable Aerospace sector
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems for paint shops and pressure lines .
  • Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning .
  • Solid track record in supplier management and project coordination.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
