What will your mission be?

• Coordinate technical and project management activities across the main client, industrial partners, and the different departments involved.
• Ensure the proper application of internal development and quality processes (project management methodologies, design, validation, and homologation).
• Consolidate and report QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) at each project milestone.
• Oversee the technical convergence of mechanical components within your area of responsibility, from early phases through technical maturity (P0–P4).
• Participate in defining objectives, risk analysis, and overall project planning.
• Prepare the technical documentation required for development (specifications, functional analyses, validation plans, quality dossiers, QCDP reports, among others).
• Ensure problem-solving and technical traceability using structured methodologies (LUP, 8D, QC Story, PDCA).
• Coordinate the technical transfer to the series production phase.
• Participate in training sessions and updates of internal development and quality tools.
