At Qaracter, we don’t just fill roles : we build careers. If you’re an Oracle DBA with strong skills in data modeling, performance optimization, and Exadata and you’re ready to join a technical team in Madrid... this role could be your next big move.

You’ll be part of a collaborative squad in Boadilla, driving continuous improvements on Oracle databases while also working with complementary technologies like PostgreSQL and Redis.

What you’ll do :

Manage and optimize Oracle Exadata environments
Drive performance tuning and continuous improvements in database usage
Contribute to data modeling and schema design
Collaborate with technical teams to implement best practices
Support cross-DB environments including PostgreSQL and Redis

What we’re looking for :

Strong expertise in Oracle (Exadata) – mandatory

Advanced knowledge of PL / SQL – mandatory

Advanced experience in data modeling – mandatory

Solid experience with PostgreSQL – mandatory

Intermediate knowledge of Redis, Shell Scripting, Apache Spark, JPA – nice to have

Strong analytical mindset and performance tuning skills

Location : Hybrid – Madrid (Boadilla, 2–3 days per week onsite)
