As a seasoned product manager, you will lead the development of ERP capabilities tailored to public sector, nonprofit organizations, and higher education institutions. Your strategic thinking and mission-driven approach will guide the creation of new products that meet customer needs and increase win rate.

Key Responsibilities :

Define a comprehensive industry roadmap aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Translate industry-specific workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules. Gather detailed product requirements through customer interviews, market research, and regulatory analysis. Collaborate with data and platform teams to define use cases for predictive analytics and decision support. Represent the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams. Monitor sector-specific regulations, funding models, and compliance frameworks to inform product development.

Requirements :

Proven experience in product management for ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms. Strong domain knowledge in public sector, nonprofit, or higher education operations. Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-rich product environments. This role can be based remotely in Spain or Portugal.
