The affiliate team recruits and builds relationships with digital content creators, influencers, and websites to generate sales, amplify the reach and impact of Proton’s suite of privacy-focused products.Proton is hiring a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our growing Partnerships Team.You will be responsible for growing your key partnerships with online publishers, blogs, and networks. You’ll work with our affiliate partners to ensure their sales funnels are optimized, while also researching, recruiting, and negotiating new partnerships.The new affiliate role is expected to have a significant impact on the growth of Proton Mail and Proton Pass products. This role will be responsible for building relationships with key affiliate partners and helping them to create content that introduces Proton’s products to their audience.What you will doBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partnersOptimizing existing affiliate performance : Analyze and identify areas that are under-performing, and work with affiliate partners to improve performanceResearching, identifying, and recruiting new affiliate partnerships, targeting both affiliates already in the industry and those that are new to the spaceCollaborating with PR and product teams to ensure partners have all the latest product updates and releasesJob requirements2+ years experience in digital marketing, account management, business development, or salesStrong written and spoken communication skills in EnglishStrong negotiating skills : Experience negotiating commercial terms preferred.Working knowledge of at least two of the following performance marketing disciplines : content marketing, PR, SEO, social media, and online advertisingStrong analytical skills and confidence analyzing dataAccount management : experience in managing partnerships, and building and maintaining relationshipsExperience with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, and Ahrefs,Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple responsibilities based on ROI and business valueYou’re a fast learner driven to excel in your fieldExperience with conversion rate optimizationExperience with Google AnalyticsExisting network of relevant contactsAffiliate network experienceEven if you don’t meet all the requirements listed above, but feel you could still be a great fit, please still apply.Why ProtonOffice First :
