Business Development Manager – German Speaking

About the Role :

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a sales team, managing both outbound and inbound sales teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and goal-oriented performance.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years' experience leading a sales team with proven results.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
  • Business-to-business sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Ambitious, motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability with a persistent and positive style.
