Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.Your primary focus will be on performing quality control analysis on essential oils and aroma chemicals, as well as conducting chemical tests according to internal specifications and industry standards. You will also be responsible for carrying out organoleptic evaluations (taste and smell analysis) and operating and interpreting results using GC-FID and GC-MS instruments.In addition to your technical skills, you will also play a critical role in the development, validation, and maintenance of analytical methods for gas chromatography. This will involve collaborating with our Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product traceability and compliance.You will be required to prepare reports, certificates, and documentation related to quality control, as well as support the implementation of continuous improvement processes within our QA department.Responsibilities : - Perform quality control analysis on essential oils and aroma chemicals- Carry out chemical tests according to internal specifications and industry standards- Conduct organoleptic evaluations (taste and smell analysis)- Operate and interpret results using GC-FID and GC-MS instruments- Develop, validate, and maintain analytical methods for gas chromatography- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product traceability and compliance- Prepare reports, certificates, and documentation related to quality control- Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes within the QA departmentRequirements : - Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field- Desirable : Master's degree or proven expertise in Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry- Expertise in the Flavour and Fragrance industry is a strong asset- Familiarity with quality standards and analytical protocols in the chemical or cosmetics sector is valued- Solid knowledge of organic and analytical chemistry- Experience or interest in natural substances, chemical synthesis, and analytical method development- High level of English is a must- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently- Team spirit, flexibility and proactive attitudeWhat We Offer : - Flexible working hours- Free language classes and access to other training courses- Health insurance- Subsidized meals and breakfast service- Corporate paddle tennis court for employees and their families
