EY’s Global Learning function designs, develops and deploys technical and non-technical learning to EY professionals across the world to help them grow their skills and accelerate their careers. In the Business Partnering team, we are responsible for listening and advising stakeholders on their learning needs in order to create the content development plan for Global learning.

We are looking for a colleague to join our virtual team working from over 20 geographical locations across the world. Your Responsibilities As a Consulting Learning Business Partner (Associate Director level), you will ensure our priority global learning solutions are delivered to an exceptional standard across EY. Your focus will be on parts of the Consulting portfolios and Stakeholders where you will work proactively to understand the direction of the practice, the required skills and knowledge of their people and to define and maintain effective learning curricula to enable their performance agenda.

Define and manage the global learning curriculum for the Consulting Risk and Independence Learning portfolio, working with stakeholders to define global content development projects as necessary to achieve the required outcomes for EY.

Capture, assess and prioritize skills needs, to provide advice and determine the most effective solutions to enhance performance.

Manage relationships with business stakeholders across the Consulting portfolio Risk and Independence in all Regions.

Build and maintain effective relationships outside Learning (e.g. Talent Development, Strategic Talent Consultants, Knowledge) to ensure learning can propose and facilitate holistic solutions.

Deliver reporting to agreed business and talent stakeholders on learning performance against agreed standards and metrics in a timely way.

Promote and enforce a strong ‘one team’ culture in Learning and work with other leaders to build one high performing team.

Due to the global nature of the role, travel and a willingness to work alternative hours will be required.

What We Look For To qualify for the role you must have

Strong experience serving clients, preferably in one part of the Consulting portfolios

Strong consulting skills – the ability to understand and challenge client requirements, and to determine the most appropriate solutions

The ability to forge strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their business priorities and to help achieve them through talent and learning solutions

Strong influencing and communication skills – maturity to interact with senior leaders in the organization, and to resolve issues or challenges as they arise

Ideally, you’ll also have

Strong business acumen, understanding the agenda and strategy organization-wide

Strong knowledge of talent and learning strategies and experience to implement them effectively

Knowledge of human performance improvement (HPI) principles, models and processes for root causes analysis, and recommendation of training and non-training solutions to solve performance problems or maximize performance opportunities

Strong knowledge of - and commitment to optimize – learning processes and standards

Strong project management skills – the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the Global Learning team and Regional teams to deliver quality and timely solutions to clients

Strong organizational skills - the ability to set priorities, allocate budget and work within effective time frames

Strong collaboration skills – work effectively with other members of the Learning team ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met

Ability to use Learning technology and tools, as well as other relevant talent systems and knowledge tools

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $123,600 to $238,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $148,400 to $270,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter / Summer breaks, Personal / Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
