Responsibilities Responsibilities and expectations are focused on delivering quality and operational readiness for clients, applying a blend of wisdom and technology with human-centered approaches. This includes interpreting client needs, assessing requirements, and identifying solutions for non-standard requests; ensuring high quality, compliance, and safety standards; and collaborating with clients to adopt best practices related to Quality System and Operational Quality.

Interprets client needs, assesses requirements, and identifies solutions to non-standard requests; ensures the highest quality, compliance and safety standards; works collaboratively to align and implement Quality System / Operational Quality topics and best practices.
Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written English are required
Available for working travel
Deliver business growth strategies : creates strategies balancing short-term requirements with long-range plans; pursues meaningful initiatives; aligns priorities with broader organizational direction
Qualifications and Skills Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems and / or Operational Quality (e.g., Deviation / Change Control / Investigations / Environmental Monitoring) with emphasis on Equipment Qualification
Strong cGMP and regulatory understanding
Support all quality and compliance requirements for and leading to commercial manufacturing
Ability to apply knowledge to improve Quality Systems / Operational Quality with clients; solve complex problems; provide guidance for continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to interpret client needs, assess requirements, and propose solutions
Proven ability to ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and safety
