The Role :

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser with proven experience as a Stylist & a strong interest in Trend Forecasting. With this new addition to our team, we are aiming to strengthen the cohesion of MIISTA’s visual and commercial strategy and elevate the brand’s product storytelling across all channels (Physically through our 4 stores in key cities and digitally through our e-commerce channel and Social Media).

This role is a key pillar within our “product first” team, ensuring a consistent, high-performing and commercially driven product message within :

• The E-commerce visual merchandising direction
• Styling E-commerce photoshoots collaboratively with the creative team
• Retail visual merchandising planning / product styling
• Commercial merchandising offer
• Press category commercial styling strategy
• Product go-to-market strategy, commercial intelligence and trend insights

You will combine a strong styling sensibility with an analytical mindset and an exceptional commercial product eye—bringing together creative input and commercial results to support ongoing brand growth.
