Financial Transformation Strategist

Overview

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's financial strategy. The primary objective is to provide executive leadership in all finance functions including management control, accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, audit, and risk management.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master in Finance is desirable but not necessary. However, a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance / Controlling is essential.
• A strong understanding and previous experience in the consulting environment, including business models, cost structures, and project dynamics are mandatory.
• Proven track record in financial transformation, ERP implementation (Navision, SAP, NetSuite), and BI tools is highly valued.
• Ability to lead high-performance teams and manage change in dynamic settings is crucial.
• High professional English level (C1 minimum) is required. French will be an asset.
• Exposure to M&A processes or post-merger integration is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with IFRS and European tax / accounting frameworks is expected.
• Strategic leadership and influence at the executive level are key qualities.
