We are looking for a Tulip-certified expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Tulip across multiple manufacturing sites for one of our key global clients in the pharmaceutical / consumer health sector. This role requires hands-on experience with Tulip\'s Frontline Operations Platform, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt digital solutions to complex shopfloor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Tulip applications across production lines
- Customize digital workflows, dashboards, and connectors to fit site-specific needs
- Collaborate closely with local engineering, quality, and IT teams to align use cases with business processes
- Provide support for device integration (e.g., sensors, scanners, PLCs) and ensure real-time data collection
- Ensure Tulip deployments comply with GxP and relevant regulatory standards
- Support training and change management activities at the site level
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital shopfloor operations
Required Skills & Experience
Tulip certification with proven hands-on implementation experience3+ years working in manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally in life sciencesStrong knowledge of low-code / no-code platforms and digital transformation on the shopfloorFamiliarity with IoT devices, API integrations, and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, MQTT)Ability to map operational processes and translate them into digital workflowsExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyFluency in EnglishNice to Have
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consumer goods industriesUnderstanding of CSV / GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 complianceKnowledge of MES systems or other frontline digital toolsBenefits
