Who are we looking for?
Senior Incident Manager
Location : Barcelona
Experience : Minimum 7 years hands-on experience managing critical incidents
Start date : ASAP
Languages : Native-level French and English
ITIL certifications are a strong plus
What will you do?
You will be the go-to person for handling high-priority incidents in a fast-paced, international environment. Your main responsibilities :
Your soft skills will be just as critical as your technical know-how. We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
